About Winding Staircase

I launched Winding Staircase in 2010. In the beginning, Winding Staircase was  a marketing consultancy. My early services included brand creation, building websites and performing SEO services for local companies. I quickly realized many businesses needed guidance in a more ongoing way, and often not just in marketing. At the same time, I regularly heard from clients that I was more of a strategist than a web marketer.

After a couple of years, Winding Staircase evolved to a one-man consultancy, primarily focused on longer projects for 1-3 clients at a time. At the same time, I also built my own businesses. Even now, I separately own and lead a service business of several dozen employees. I can confidently say that you can lead a highly profitable and growing business with limited time, because I continue to do so while I coach.

That leads us to the current evolution of Winding Staircase. As of 2023, while I still perform some consulting in the form of exit planning and acquisition review, Winding Staircase today is focused on coaching business owners and leaders. I help business owners work through their own people problems, growth struggles, and planning for the future. I coach business owners to get their life back. You can spend less time.
