Build Trusted Groups

Avoid failure and share success in ways not possible with your employees, family, or friends. You will meet monthly with a group of business owners just like you. Share your challenges, and help others with their challenges. Peer advisory groups are proven to strengthen and grow leaders. If you are not part of a confidential and moderated advisory group, you are missing out on the deepest and most helpful business relationships that exist. All group coaching clients also receive individual coaching.

Individual Coaching

You will work with me to clarify your vision for your life and your business. Once you are clear on “what” you want, you will work on the who, how, and when of different objectives. Sometimes the first objective is to launch a new product or service. Your first goal might be to organize your team to enable better focus and delegation. For some business owners, the first objective is to rebuild their relationship with their spouse and family.

You need the right team. Working with a DISC certified coach will help you better understand yourself, your team, and what changes you need to make to the organization. We offer behavior and motivation assessments for your critical people, along with training and guidance on different team members can more effectively communicate with each other.

Jeremy’s Story​

I’m a happy husband of more than two decades. Together, my wife and I have four children, and we have lived in Clermont County, Ohio for our entire lives. 

My career in larger corporations started, literally, in the mailroom and ended as a Director of Brand Marketing, working in customer service, supply chain, and product development along the way.

My non-corporate experience includes: 

  • VP-GM of a privately-held custom manufacture pet products company, with funding from venture capital and angel investors. 
  • Several long-term consulting arrangements in the areas of product development and web marketing.
  • Owner of a franchised B2B services company, with several dozen employees. 
  • Consulting in the buying and selling of privately-held service companies with <$5MM in annual revenue.
  • Marketing development for a dozen or more local companies.
